It can be afloat in the floods. Its 14,000 square metre construction like shell distributes the weight. It can be safe in earthquakes too. Sun light can be filtered through to internal rooms.
The hotel use solar panels and some water sources for power supply and using UPS. It built around a central pillar, connecting to roof top heat pumps and wind generators. There is also a tornado energy generating system at the top of pillar.
